CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS

You are not charged for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your session, but please bear in mind the following:

(i) cancellations and re-scheduling made within 48 hours of a session and missed sessions will incur a 100% cancellation fee

(ii) if you arrive late, your session might be shortened. Your cooperation is very much appreciated.

 

ARRIVALS

We don’t have reception facilities so if you find yourself in the neighbourhood early, please bear in mind that I may be with another client.
