Therapist - Franziska Rosenzweig
I trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP (neurolinguistic programming) with Trevor Silvester, founder of the Quest Institute in London, and in Hypnoanalysis with Dr Norbert Preetz at the German Institute for Clinical Hypnosis (Deutsches Institut für Klinische Hypnose) in Germany and I am certified with the American National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH).
Through my background as a former professional ballet dancer, I experienced first-hand the stress of permanent pressure of always having to be at one's best, and how negative thoughts and feelings can damage one's performance. But also, how one can excel if in a positive mental state.
I specialise in helping artists, performers and people who need to stand in front of an audience (of any size) in managing and overcome their fears and performance-related issues, e.g. stage fright, performance anxiety, and its related behaviours.
I took further training with Hugh Osborne and Cathy Simmons to be better able to help people who suffer from addictions and who want to stop smoking.
I have been working with clients in 1:1 situations and in groups for over 20 years. I am experienced in tailoring my approach to each person's uniqueness and helping clients to achieve and maintain their goals.
I am a member of the QCHPA (Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association) and NHG, fully insured by WellBeing Insurance and adhere to their Codes Of Ethics.
